Final submission

We thank you for contributing your paper to ITW 2008. For submitting the final version of your paper, please follow these instructions carefully:

(1) Registration

We require one full registration per paper for it to be published in the Proceedings and IEEExplore. Given the number of good papers that the TPC was forced to leave out of the program, we are compelled to be strict with registration and no shows. Thus, unless the camera-ready version is submitted online and one of the authors made a full registration by March 7, we shall be forced to assume that the paper has been withdrawn. We also expect authors to inform us as soon as possible if they are unable to attend the conference and present their paper.

(2) IEEE Copyright Form

Please print this IEEE Copyright Form (pdf), fill it in, and send it by fax to ITW 2008: +351 220 402 950.

(3) Preparation of Camera-Ready paper

Please follow these guidelines to prepare the final version of your paper.

ITW 2008 will use the same manuscript format as ISIT.

Authors are encouraged to use LaTeX to format their final manuscripts, using the style file and example below. Authors using other means to prepare their manuscripts should attempt to duplicate the style of the example as closely as possible.

Adherence to this format is required for final versions of accepted papers. Only electronic submissions in form of a Portable Document Format (PDF) file will be accepted.

Manuscripts may be up to 5 pages in length.

Style file:IEEEtran.cls
Template paper (.tex):isit_example2007.tex
Template paper (.pdf):isit_example2007.pdf

For additional information, please go to IEEE submission standards.

(4) Upload of camera-ready paper

Please submit the camera-ready version of your paper here. Once again, please note that we require one full registration per paper for it to be published in the Proceedings and IEEExplore.
