Registration

There are three main categories of registrations for the conference participants:

• Early registration rates apply for the registrations received on or before July 18th, 2007.
• Regular registration rates apply for the registrations received on or after July 19th until August 20th. There is an increase of about 12.5% for the registration fees from Early to Regular rates.
• Late/On-site registration rates apply for the registrations received on or after August 21st and on-site during the conference. There is an increase of about 25% for the registration fees from Early to On-site rates.

Registration fees, taxes included, are as follows (note that the CLIMA workshop is independent from the other ICLP workshops):

Participants applying for a student registration have to send a proof of their student status to the conference secretariat, before August 31th. Students accepted to the ICLP Doctoral Program have a free registration to the conference, but they have to pay the workshop registration fee if attending to workshops.

ICLP standard and student registration includes:

• ICLP conference proceedings
• Attendance to all ICLP sessions
• Coffee breaks
• Welcome reception on September 9th
• River cruise and conference banquet on September 10th

CLIMA standard and student registration includes:

• CLIMA conference proceedings
• Attendance to all CLIMA sessions
• Coffee breaks
• River cruise and conference banquet on September 10th

ICLP workshop registration includes:

• Workshop proceedings for the registered workshop
• Attendance to any workshop sessions
• Coffee breaks

ICLP accompanying person registration includes:

• Welcome reception on September 9th
• River cruise and conference banquet on September 10th

CLIMA accompanying person registration includes:

• River cruise and conference banquet on September 10th
